This cozy 2-bedroom apartment of about 40 m² is located in Sant Antoni, which, with its famous and recently renovated Sant Antoni market, is one of the most up-and-coming and fashionable areas of Barcelona.

Sant Antoni is very central (in a 12-minute walk you are on Las Ramblas), but the area has a great life of its own as it has "non-touristy" cafes and bars.

The space
The apartment is on the third floor of an early 20th-century building, and also offers a small outdoor balcony and free Wi-Fi. The building does not have an elevator.

The apartment has completely independent access and consists of 40sqm distributed in 2 rooms each with a double bed plus a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.

There is a sofa in the living room that enjoys a balcony with charming views of the main street. There is a small fully equipped bathroom.

The house also features traditional high ceilings. One of the two bedrooms does not have air conditioning.

This is a completely independent apartment and for sure our guests will have access to the entire property.

Other things to keep in mind
READ CAREFULLY:
Local laws impose a tourist tax of EUR 6.25 per night per person (17 years and older) for up to 7 nights.
We have to charge this amount separately as we are obligated to collect it on behalf of the municipality and then pay it to them on a monthly basis.

The above fees are not included in the price and will be charged separately in cash upon arrival.

All rental houses, apartments and hotels charge this to Barcelona. Some apartments do not disclose this in advance and it would be a surprise when they charge it upon arrival.

We prefer to be very transparent and communicate this before a reservation is made.
